MILLE CREPE





This mille crepe is a cake which consist of 20 layers of crepe. It was just like a thin slices of pan cake in between each layer of cream. The taste if this cake was fabulous. It was one of my favourite kind of cakes. It takes a long time to prepare the 20 layers of crepe but it really worth the effort coz it taste great...



TIRAMISU




This Tiramisu cake is made especially for my boyfriend on his birthday. I told him that this was make with lots of love & hope he will likes it. I think he was quite happy with the cake... It's just that the taste wasn't really good as it was too wet... I've put too much coffee liquid on the cakes... Will try to make another better tiramisu for him to taste soon... Ha ha...

CHOCOLATE CUP CAKES











This was a chocolate cup cakes which i make to bring it to my boyfriend younger sister birthday party. It was a simple preparation as i was short of time... I only have 3 to 4 hours to prepare this cakes as it was a last minute decision. So i'm using the premix flour to make this.... It was a gift from one of my blogger friends... Thanks Sue... The taste was quite sweet for me but the children loves it...

FONDANT CUP CAKES




























This was what i learn from the Fondant Cup Cakes Decoration class. All the cup cakes decoration was my first trial. How does it looks like? I think there's still much more room for improvement.
The ingredinents of the above was a mixture of both, fondant & sugar paste. The process of making those deco was real fun. Everyone of us came out with different looks & shape. Very funny. They said my goose was really fat, I told them that she was pregnant. Ha ha ha... The bear was my favourite, followed by the snow man & tea pot set.

MY FIRST FONDANT CAKE











This was my first fondant cakes. It was a dummy cake as this was done during the Introduction of Fondant & Sugar Paste class conducted by Ms. Yasmin. The roses on top was also my first trial. The making of this fondant cake was very time consuming. It takes a lot of effort & patience to complete it. Anyway, it was a fun class & got to learn a lot from this class, at least some basic knowledge on fondant & sugar paste. Also some tips as how to handle the fondant & sugar paste.

NASTAR PINEAPPLE ROLL












This Nastar Pineapple Tart was the melt in the mouth texture. I bring this tart back home & daddy loves it. He says that the taste is good. Ha ha...

CRISPY PAN CAKE












This was a crispy pan cake, this mould was suppose to make egg roll but what I had was like a crispy pan cake type. This was done using a special mould, it was the same as the traditional mould where u clip it together to bake it on top of charcoal, but this was so much bigger & bake on top of gas stove. It was so much more convenient using this mould to baked this.



MINI DOUGHNUT




This mini donut was done using the Mini Donut Maker. It's more simple doing it using this electronic mould. The texture of this donut was soft & quite similar taste as a cake. It's a healthy snack as it was not oily.

WINNIE THE POOH MUFFIN





This Winnie the Pooh Muffin was very adorable right. I just felt in love with them. Baked them using silicone mould. It makes four muffin at a times. The taste was a bit too sweet coz i baked using the premix flour. Next time i'll try another recipe coz this ended up with lots of holes in the face. ha ha!
